Structure
地点 + 怎么 + 走 ？ · 怎么 + 动词 ？
What it means
怎么 right before a verb asks “how (to do it)”: 怎么走 (how do I get there), 怎么写 (how do you write it), 怎么说 (how do you say it).
How it is built
(Place +) 怎么 + verb ？: 火车站怎么走？ or 去火车站怎么走？ (How do I get to the station?).
When to use it
Use it to ask the way, or how to write or say something: 这个字怎么写？ “map”用汉语怎么说？ To ask the way, name the place first.
Watch out
✗ 火车站怎么走吗？ ✓ 火车站怎么走？ 怎么 already makes it a question, so don’t add 吗.
