不管／无论……，都／也……
no matter …, still …: the result stays the same whatever the condition
Structure
不管／无论 + 疑问词／A 还是 B／多 + 形容词 ， 主语 + 都／也 ……
What it means
“No matter …, still …”: whatever the condition is, the result stays the same.
How it is built
不管／无论 + question word, A 还是 B, or 多 + adjective，subject + 都／也 + verb: 不管你住几楼，都得下楼扔垃圾 (whatever floor you live on, you have to take your rubbish down).
When to use it
不管 is everyday speech; 无论 is a little more formal, and 不论 works the same way. The three kinds of filler: 无论天气怎么样, 无论下雨还是下雪, 不管多忙.
Watch out
Never put a plain statement after 不管／无论: ✗ 无论下雨，…… ✓ 无论下不下雨，…… The second half needs 都 or 也.
Examples
无论下雨还是下雪，陈阿姨每天都在楼下。
Rain or snow, Auntie Chen is downstairs every day.
不管你住几楼，都得下楼扔垃圾。
Whatever floor you live on, you have to take your rubbish downstairs.
不管多忙，他也会把垃圾分好。
However busy he is, he still sorts his rubbish.
