What it means
“And that is not counting …”: adds a part not yet counted, so the real total is bigger, or things worse, than they already sound.
How it is built
Figure or fact (often with 就 or 光, “alone”)，这还不算 + noun phrase: 房租一个月就要四千，这还不算水电费 (the rent alone is 4,000 a month, before utilities).
When to use it
At home in speech and in features or reports. 这 can drop (…，还不算…); 这还没算上… is a spoken variant and 尚未计入… the formal one.
Watch out
What follows must make the figure larger, never take something away. Do not confuse it with 不算 + adjective, “not exactly”: 这儿不算远 (it is not that far).

In 2023 alone 489 crews came here to shoot, and that is not counting the micro-dramas that are all the rage.
房租一个月就要四千，这还不算水电费和物业费。
The rent alone is four thousand a month, and that is before the utilities and the service charge.
他一天要在公司干十二个小时，这还不算路上花的两个小时。
He puts in twelve hours a day at the office, and that is not counting the two hours he spends getting there and back.
