又 + 不／没（反驳）

Structure
又 不／没 明显的事实 ， 反驳／劝说
What it means
Not “again”: it stresses a plain fact to knock down someone’s worry, excuse or objection: “it’s not as if …, after all …”.
How it is built
又 + 不／没 + obvious fact，conclusion or urging: 你又不是外人，吃饱了就直说 (it’s not as if you’re a stranger; if you’re full, just say so).
When to use it
Spoken and a little pointed; to an elder, keep the tone warm. The conclusion is often a question or urging: 他又没说不来，你着什么急？ 也不 is a softer cousin.
Watch out
又 comes right before 不 or 没, and 再 cannot do this job: ✗ 你再不是外人 ✓ 你又不是外人.

你又不是外人，吃饱了就直说。
It’s not as if you’re a stranger. If you’re full, just say so.
他又没说不来，你着什么急？
He never said he wasn’t coming, so what are you worried about?
这又不是什么贵重的东西，您就收下吧。
It’s hardly anything valuable; please do accept it.
