Structure
（是）A ， 还是 B ？
What it means
Asks someone to choose between two actions: “A or B?”
How it is built
(是) + A，还是 + B？: 你是今天走，还是明天走？ (Are you leaving today or tomorrow?)
When to use it
Say both choices and put 还是 before the second. 是 before the first is optional and makes the choice clearer. It builds on the 还是 questions of h1-13.
Watch out
The sentence is already a question, so don’t add 吗. ✗ 你是今天走，还是明天走吗？ ✓ 你是今天走，还是明天走？
