Structure
建议 ， 好吗／可以吗／行吗／怎么样 ？
What it means
Make a suggestion as a normal sentence, then ask if the other person agrees: “OK?”, “all right?”, “how about it?”
How it is built
Suggestion + ，好吗／可以吗／行吗／怎么样？: 我们周末去爬山，好吗？ (Let’s go hiking at the weekend, OK?)
When to use it
To agree, answer 好／好啊, 可以 or 行; to say no, 不行. 怎么样 asks “what do you think?”, as in h1-19: 我开车送你，怎么样？
Watch out
怎么样 is already a question, so don’t add 吗. ✗ 我们坐火车去，怎么样吗？ ✓ 我们坐火车去，怎么样？
