Structure
……，名词／代词 + 呢？
What it means
呢 after a noun or pronoun bounces the same question back: “And you?”. After a thing on its own, it asks “Where is …?”.
How it is built
Statement, + noun/pronoun + 呢？: 我喝茶，你呢？ (I'll have tea. What about you?) Thing + 呢？: 我的手机呢？ (Where's my phone?)
When to use it
Use it instead of asking the whole question again: 王明是北京人。李月呢？ (What about Li Yue?) It is short, friendly and very common in speech.
Watch out
呢 already makes it a question, so don't add 吗: ✗ 你呢吗？ ✓ 你呢？

I’ll have tea. What about you?

Wang Ming is from Beijing. What about Li Yue?
