Structure
或者 A ， 或者 B
What it means
“Either A or B”: each 或者 brings in one possibility, and any of them is fine.
How it is built
或者 A，或者 B: 周末我或者在家休息，或者去爬山 (at weekends I either rest at home or go hiking). With two short options, one 或者 in the middle is enough: 坐地铁或者打车都行.
When to use it
For statements and suggestions: 有问题的话，或者给我打电话，或者给我发微信. When you ask someone to choose, use 还是 instead.
Watch out
Don’t use 或者 in an either-or question: ✗ 你坐地铁或者打车？ ✓ 你坐地铁还是打车？
Examples
周末我或者在家休息，或者去爬山。
At weekends I either rest at home or go hiking.
去机场，你或者坐地铁，或者坐机场巴士，都很方便。
To get to the airport you can take the metro or the airport bus; both are easy.
有问题的话，或者给我打电话，或者给我发微信。
