Structure
还 名词（身份、名称） 呢 ， 跟身份不相称的事实
What it means
Spoken and mocking: “and you call yourself a…!”, “some… that is!”. The noun names a status that the person or thing fails to live up to.
How it is built
还 + noun (status, title, label) + 呢，+ the fact that falls short, often with 连…都: 还大学生呢，连这么简单的字都写错了 (and you call yourself a student?). The fact can come first: 这个字都写错了，还大学生呢！
When to use it
For teasing friends and family; said to a stranger or a superior it is rude. Typical nouns: 大学生, 冠军, 专家, 名牌, 五星级酒店.
Watch out
Don’t confuse it with 还是个…呢, where 还 means “still”: 他还是个孩子呢 is kindly, “he is only a child”. 还 + label + 呢 mocks.
Examples
还机器人呢，我慢跑都比它快！
Call that a robot? I could beat it at a jog!
还大学生呢，连这么简单的字都写错了。
And you call yourself a university student? You got even this simple character wrong.
还五星级酒店呢，房间里连热水都没有。
Some five-star hotel this is: there is not even hot water in the room.
