Structure
不再 以前的情况 ， 而是 现在的情况
What it means
No longer A but B: says a former state has ended and a new one has replaced it.
How it is built
(Subject) + 不再 + old state，而是 + new state, often 不再是…，而是…: 他不再是学生，而是老师了 (He is no longer a student but a teacher).
When to use it
不再 is 'no longer' (a changed state, slightly formal); 再也不 is 'never again' (a resolution); 不…了 is the plain spoken form: 他不是学生了.
Watch out
Introduce the new state with 而是, not 但是: ✗ 他不再是学生，但是老师 ✓ 他不再是学生，而是老师. 不再 goes after the subject: 他不再抽烟了.

这些平台提供的不再是单一的服务，而是一个完整的生态系统。
What these platforms offer is no longer a single service but a whole ecosystem.
他不再是那个害羞的男孩，而是一位成熟的经理了。
