Structure
又 + 形容词1 + 又 + 形容词2
What it means
又 + adjective + 又 + adjective says something has both qualities at once: 又轻又好看 “light and nice-looking”.
How it is built
Subject + 又 + adjective 1 + 又 + adjective 2: 这个房间又大又干净 (This room is big and clean).
When to use it
The two words usually point the same way: both good (又好吃又便宜) or both bad (又累又饿). Very common in speech.
Watch out
Don’t join two adjectives with 和 like English “and”. ✗ 这件大衣便宜和好看。 ✓ 这件大衣又便宜又好看。

这家饭馆的菜又好吃又便宜。
The food at this restaurant is tasty and cheap.
我今天又累又饿。
I’m tired and hungry today.
这个房间又大又干净。
This room is big and clean.
