有X没X(都/就)…

whether or not there is X; X or no X (often: out of sheer habit)

Structure
有 X 没 X (,主语) 都/也/就 动词

What it means

“Whether or not there is X; X or no X”, often hinting that something is done from habit rather than need.

How it is built

有 + X + 没 + X, (subject) + 都/也/就 + verb, X usually a one-syllable noun: 有病没病,每年都应该体检 (Ill or not, have a check-up every year).

When to use it

A shorter, more colloquial 不管有没有X. 都 or 也 usually follows; 就 adds “at the drop of a hat”: 有事没事就刷手机.

Watch out

The negative is always 没, never 不, and the noun is repeated after both: ✗有空不空都去 ✓有空没空都去。
