A（和 B） + 一并 + 双音节动词（移送、处理、查处、提交、退还、缴纳）
What it means
Together, in the same act: two or more items, cases or sums are sent, dealt with, paid or returned as one batch. The written 一起 or 同时.
How it is built
Items (often with 把 or 连同) + 一并 + two-syllable verb: 把材料和证据一并移送检察院 (Send the file and the evidence to the procuratorate together).
When to use it
Legal, official and administrative writing and notices: 一并移送, 一并查处, 一并退还, 一并缴纳. In speech say 一起 or 一块儿.
Watch out
Not for people keeping each other company: ✗ 我们一并去吃饭 ✓ 我们一起去吃饭. It bundles things handled in one act, and the items come before it.
Examples
涉嫌犯罪的，把材料和证据一并移送检察院。
Where a crime is suspected, the file and the evidence go to the procuratorate together.
请把身份证复印件和申请表一并交到窗口。
Please hand in a copy of your ID card together with the application form at the counter.
这几起案件性质相同，可以一并处理。
These cases are of the same kind and can be dealt with together.
