What it means
Spoken exaggeration: “as … as can be”. It sums up a quality as being at its extreme.
How it is built
（Topic） + 要多 + adjective + 有多 + same adjective: 那家宠物医院要多贵有多贵 (that animal hospital is outrageously expensive).
When to use it
Informal speech, livelier than 别提多…了 or …极了. Often follows a topic or a verb + 起来 clause: 他说起话来要多快有多快.
Watch out
✗ 要多很贵有多很贵 ✓ 要多贵有多贵: the same bare adjective in both slots, with no 很 or 非常. It sums up a quality; no object follows it.
