无论／不管 疑问或选择 ， 都／也 结果
What it means
“No matter …, still …”: the result holds whatever the choice or degree.
How it is built
无论／不管 + open choice，都／也 + result: 不管多忙，他都坚持每天运动 (However busy he is, he exercises every day).
When to use it
无论 is more formal; 不管 is more spoken. The open choice can be a question word (谁, 多, 怎么), A 还是 B, or V 不 V.
Watch out
A plain statement after 无论 is wrong: ✗ 无论下雨 ✓ 无论下不下雨. Keep 都 or 也 in the second half.

无论是大商场还是路边摊，都可以扫码付款。
Whether it is a big mall or a street stall, you can pay by code.
不管多忙，他都坚持每天运动。
However busy he is, he exercises every day.
