谁／什么／哪儿 + 都／也 + （不／没）+ 动词 · ……疑问词……，（就）……同一个疑问词……
What it means
With 都 or 也 after it, a question word stops asking: 谁都 “everyone”, 什么都 “everything”, 哪儿都 “everywhere”; with 不／没, “no one”, “nothing”, “nowhere”. Used twice, it means “whoever, whatever”.
How it is built
Question word + 都／也 + (不／没) + verb: 他刚来北京，谁都不认识 (he’s just come to Beijing and doesn’t know anyone). Paired: 你想吃什么，我们就吃什么 (we’ll eat whatever you like).
When to use it
都 and 也 both work: 周末我哪儿也没去 (I didn’t go anywhere at the weekend). In the paired pattern the same question word appears twice, and 就 often starts the second half: 你想去哪儿，我们就去哪儿.
Watch out
The question word must come before 都 and the verb, even when it is the object: ✗ 我都不认识谁 ✓ 我谁都不认识.
Examples
他刚来北京，谁都不认识。
He’s only just come to Beijing and doesn’t know anyone.
周末我哪儿也没去，在家休息。
I didn’t go anywhere at the weekend; I rested at home.
你想吃什么，我们就吃什么。
We’ll eat whatever you like.
