What it means
Never mind X or Y; X, Y, who cares. Names two examples of a kind of thing in order to brush the whole kind aside.
How it is built
什么 + X + 的、Y + 的，（都）不管／无所谓／不在乎: 什么名牌的、进口的，我不在乎，好用就行 (Big brands, imports, I’m not bothered; as long as it works).
When to use it
Spoken and a little impatient; what follows says they do not matter (不管, 无所谓, 都没用). A close relative is 什么 A 不 A 的: 什么累不累的，干就是了 (tired or not, just get on with it).
Watch out
Each item takes its own 的. It dismisses, so it is not a neutral list: for “things like A and B” write A、B等 (in speech A、B什么的).
Examples
什么亲戚的、同姓的，我都不管，谁能带着大家致富，我就投谁。
Relatives, people with my surname, I don’t care about any of that. Whoever can make us all better off gets my vote.
什么名牌的、进口的，我不在乎，好用就行。
Big brands, imports, I’m not bothered; as long as it works.
什么面子的、关系的，在规定面前都不管用。
Face, connections, none of it counts for anything against the rules.
