Structure
话题 ，（那是）没说的 ／ 没说的 ！ 答应
What it means
Two spoken uses: after a topic, “there is nothing to fault, it is excellent”; alone as a reply, “no problem, of course”, agreeing readily.
How it is built
Topic + (那是) + 没说的: 这家饭馆的菜没说的 (the food here is beyond reproach). Often with 论X: 论技术，老张那是没说的. As a reply it stands alone: 没说的，几点到？
When to use it
Spoken only. As a reply it is like 没问题 but warmer, used between friends. After a topic it praises things like 人品, 手艺 or 质量. 没话说 can mean the same after a topic, but cannot be a reply.
Watch out
Keep the 的: ✗他的人品没说 ✓他的人品没说的. As a reply only 没说的 works: ✗“能帮我吗？”“没话说。” ✓“没说的。”
Examples
这家饭馆的菜没说的，就是排队太久。
The food here is beyond reproach; the only problem is the queue.
“周末能帮我搬家吗？”“没说的，几点到？”
“Can you help me move at the weekend?” “Of course. What time?”
论技术，老张那是没说的；论脾气，可就差远了。
